  • Q. Do you visit and supply quotations for the work requested?

    A. Yes. We will visit your site or garden and will provide a free, no-obligation quotation.

  • Q. Do you bring your own tools?

    A. Yes, free of charge. We bring absolutely everything needed to provide our gardening services, we do not require an electricity supply.

  • Q. What payment methods do you accept?

    A. We accept cheque and BACS payments.

  • Q. What days are your garden maintenance services available?

    A. We provide our gardening services Monday – Friday (weekend work is available upon request).

  • Q. Can you remove garden waste?

    A. Yes. This will be disposed of at a commercial green waste recycling centre. 

  • Q. Are you insured?

    A. Yes. We have full public liability insurance.

  • Q. What checks do you carry out for health and safety?

    A. Health and safety at work is of paramount importance for Jess Owens Garden Services. Whilst we are working on site or in your garden, all the necessary health and safety checks and risk assessments will be carried out on every visit, copies of these can be provided upon request.

  • Q. What areas do you cover?

    A. We’re based in Gosport and regularly travel out to clients in:
